Description

The Axis AX-514 countertop convection oven has manual controls that let users adjust the temperature from 86 to 540 degrees Fahrenheit. These controls also enable timer adjustments, which counts down from 120 minutes. For even heating on every level, the four shelves in this unit are made of wire with 3-inch spacings between each of them. This oven accommodates four half-size food pans.

The door on the Axis AX-514 half-size convection oven is made of double-wall glass to stay cool to the touch, and along with interior halogen lights, the door provides a clear view of contents inside the cabinet as they cook. To retain warmth, the cabinet is insulated with high-temperature fiberglass that prevents heat from escaping to the environment. Because this unit is intended for countertop use, it doesn't take up much space in a crowded kitchen.
