Description

The Axis AX-824RH full-size convection oven holds four full-size pans 3 inches apart to accommodate a range of food items. It has a temperature range of 86 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while a 16-hour timer counts down until food is ready to ensure employees remove it before it burns. Using digital programmable controls, users can choose between 99 programs, each of which have three cooking cycles. So warm air doesn't escape, this unit is insulated with fiberglass, and for safety purposes, it has a micro safety switch that shuts off power when the door is open.

Providing a direct water connection, the Axis AX-824RH countertop convection oven has an electro valve. An interior halogen light enables users to monitor food as it cooks, and the double-pane glass door offers an interior view without letting heat escape. This unit has four shelves, which are constructed of durable stainless steel and made of wire to enable uniform airflow. Because this oven is intended for countertop use, it will take up minimal space in a busy kitchen.
