A total of (14) 1/6 size stainless steel food pans are included, in addition to matching covers and pan support bars.
Exterior and interior stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, and a total of four non-scratch plastic feet provide stability and keep it from sliding or leaving marks on your prep table. A self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, providing reliable and even cooling throughout the unit. This unit has an integrated electronic thermostat that allows you to set the temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while its external digital LED panel displays the exact temperature for easy monitoring. Additionally, a stainless steel hinged cover attaches to the unit’s top and can be used to add further protection against airborne contaminants.
