The magnetic gaskets can be easily removed and replaced for easy maintenance. Each door comes with three (3) epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted to suit storage needs. Not only does it add storage capacity to your commercial kitchen, it keeps contents visible while retaining cold air. The temperature of the refrigerator can be regulated between 33°F and 50°F. The electronic thermostat with a LED display permits accurate control and easy reading of internal temperatures.
