Description

To prevent warm air from escaping, the Axis AX-824RHD countertop convection oven is insulated with fiberglass. Providing durability and rust resistance, it's made of stainless steel. To reduce injury risks, this unit has a micro safety switch that prevents the oven from operating when the door is open. It has a digital screen with programmable controls and holds 99 programs with three cooking cycles each. Because this is a countertop unit, it takes up minimal space in a crowded environment.

The Axis AX-824RHD full-size convection oven's door is made of double-wall glass, which offers a view of food while it cooks without opening it. The interior is illuminated with halogen lights to brighten the cabinet, and it has four stainless steel shelves that accommodate four full-size food pans. For uniform air circulation, the shelves are made of wire and are spaced 3.14 inches apart. This unit has a temperature holding range of 86-500 degrees Fahrenheit.
